Jose Maria 'Pacha' Galetto

Jose Maria "Pacha" Galetto was a co-founder of the Argentine national chiropractic professional organization, Asociación Quiropráctica Argentina (AQA). This group is uniquely committeed to the develoment of vertebral subluxation centered chiropractic in Argentina. Galetto served as an officer in AWA from 1993, when the organization until 2001. In 2003 he was elected to another term on the AQA board. He has served four terms.

As a pioneer in straight chiropractic, Galetta is also a co-founder of the charitable foundation Foundación Quiropráctica Argenta, an organization dedicated to straight chiropractic education in Argentina and the development of the profession in that country.

Galetto received his university education in the field of kinesthesiology and has traveled abroad to study chiropractic philosophy, principles and praxis. He practices straight chiropractic and has been instrumental in bringing many doctors of chiropractic to Argentina to provide education to professionals in the AQA. Galetto has organized many of these program himself and has begun discussions with several universities in Argentina to explore the feasibility of establishing a chiropractic program at a university campus. He teaches the philosophy of chiropractic and has done many presentations on the subject, including a Sherman Lyceum.

When asked about why he has become so dedicated to vertebral subluxation centered chiropractic, he state, "I witnessed myself what chiropractic care can do for humanitiy and chose chiropractic as a call to serve others."
