President of the Japan Specific Chiropractic School
Dr. Fumio Kaku, of Tokyo, Japan is a member of the Sherman College Board of Regents and supporter of straight chiropractic education in the United States and Japan. He graduated from the Shiokawa School of Chiropractic in 1981. Dr. Kaku is the founder and president of the Japan Specific Chiropractic School and the Japan Specific Chiropractic Association. He received the Sherman College Service to the Profession award in 1990 for his efforts to promote straight chiropractic in his native country.
Dr. Kaku is known all over Japan in the chiropractic profession as the
first person who published a book on the philosophy, science and art of
Upper Cervical Chiropractic, other books on patient education as well
as the translation of two of B. J. Palmer’s green books, Vol. 32 (1955)
and Vol. 35 (1957).

It is good that Dr. Fumio Kaku went to Sherman collage. He more than likely knows Atlas orthogonal technique,and the duff method of measuring. Both are excellent ,Sometimes the light pressure of Grostic is used for certain subluxations. My U,C,S, does the light toggle recoil,and also knows the grostic technique.
